Biography

My passion has always been supporting people in reaching their goals. I was helping people in all stages of life years before I got formal training to be a life coach.

Like the people I coach, I’ve been successful in reaching this goal through being introspective, flexible, reflective and persistent – with a ton of common sense.

I’ve tried to make myself a living example of how these qualities help you get unstuck from whatever is holding you back, in relating to others, and in moving past recurring themes and old patterns.
